I live in a beautiful house near Sulham Woods, in Tilehurst, Reading.

I have one large double bedroom available for a kind, open minded, friendly and professional lady who likes children as I have two living with me part time.

A little bit about the room: it is a large double bedroom with your own en-suite (including power shower). It is fully furnished.

About the house, it is a large house with a lot of reception space (living room, dining room, kitchen). We have the bonus of a utility room and another 3 bathrooms. We also have a very large garage if you need to keep some stuff and driveway for up to 3 cars.
We have an electric charging point if you have an EV (at extra cost).

We are at the end of a road, right opposite the woods. The kitchen has this amazing view of the field next door where horses are kept so it's a very nice way to start the day.

A little bit about me, I'm a professional lady, working in construction. Originally from France. I have two children who live with me part time so there will be children in the house. We speak French at home.

I'm looking for someone who likes children and can be a nice addition to our family and happy to socialise with us.

I will request a DBS check or if you have one already, that is even better.

We also have a timid rescue cat called Lily who likes nothing more than sitting on our lap.

Council Tax is F.

The room is available now, full time or also happy with just weekends or weekdays if that is what you are after. Rent can be adjusted. Happy with a short term let too.
