Looking for someone to rent the spare room in my 2 bed flat while I work away. I am rarely at the flat so you would have the place to your self more often than not.

The flat is top floor, very light with quiet neighbours. Your bedroom will be furnished with flexibility on what furniture you would like. The main bathroom is your own as my bedroom has its own.

The area is well serviced with a shop downstairs, Asda nearby and Reading's largest park in walking distance! There are good bus connections to town with a bus stop within 1 minute of the flat.

The bills are not included as these will be split according to how frequently I'm at the flat, and your own usage. Currently bills are approx £350 a month for 1 person.

There is a potential to rent the entire property in the future.
