Large quiet double room close to station w/parking

Large double room available in a lovely and quiet family home, 5 minutes walk to Tilehurst station with ample private parking and a very large garden, next to the park.

I am looking for someone to move in on a short to medium term basis.

You will be living with one 40 year old woman and one lovely lovely Labrador, and two children who are here every other week.

Please note that there are integrated wardrobes but other than that the room is unfurnished.

The room does not have a connected en-suite but you will have use of your own bathroom (across the hall) as the children and myself use my en-suite.

We would be open to letting another dog stay if they have the right temperament as our dog is very friendly.

Happy to consider Monday-Friday lets at a reduced rate; we are in the perfect location for commuters..
