Single bedroom in Reading - live in landlords

Hello, we recently bought this house and renovated. All three adults working in professionals and student. Have a Spare room to rent out. Bedroom is a small single furnished bedroom upstairs. There is one bathroom sharing between 3 rooms but another toilet downstairs in case in urgency. Shared living room and kitchen. A conservatory area for exercise or so if needed.

Dont mind the photos of the room, it will be cleared out and cleaned and new bed set provided too. A desk and chair will also be added.

We are a family - mother daughter and son.
