*No flatmates, no sharing anything.* You can just have your own 1BR on the top floor of a quiet building up til 28 March :)

Top floor: 3 small sets of stairs to walk up
Rooms: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway, hall closet
Bed: Large double bed (*new mattress & topper)
WiFi available: 3 network is installed
Climate: Heat/aircon control panel
You are welcome to use all areas and all basics i. e. cookware/cutlery, cleaning supplies, bath towel, etc.
(You can use anything in the flat but my personal wardrobe/beauty supplies!)

Building Details:
Dog friendly, but only 1 (NO cats, sorry! Landlord's rule + I'm severely allergic)
Personal parking spot assigned outside the building (private lot)
Bus stop at the intersection next to the building
Very near Reading West and Reading train stations
ASDA Grocery store across the street
Prospect Park just steps away
