Bus stop just outside for no. 17 to town centre which runs every 6 mins 24 hrs a day. 15 mins walk to Tilehurst train station with direct link to London Paddington. 2 miles from M4 Junction 12 so excellent location for all commuter links.
The house has undergone complete renovation so everything is very clean and contemporay.
All bills included, Sole use of own boutique bathroom with large rainwater shower and free standing bath, all mod cons in kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. We have our own en suite so the bathroom would be for your use only. Please get in touch if you would like to view.
