Single Room for Let 10 mins walk from Station

I have a single room to let, I live 10 mins walk from a mainline station direct to Paddington in 25 mins. I have a modern stylish detached house in Purley Borders . Unlimited Internet access. I live with my daughter ( who goes to Univ in Sept ) we are tidy with good sense of humour. I work full-time in a professional role for a global IT company . Whoever lives here will be welcome to cook in the kitchen relax in the garden and relax in the lounge , generally make themselve feel at home . We are pretty sociable people we are tidy with a good sense of humour .
