2 to 3 mins walk from bus stops, village shops and other amenities. On the number 17 bus route which runs 24 hours a day, close to J12 of the M4 and 15 mins drive to Reading Town Centre.
Housemates:
Our interests are going to the gym, walking the dog, travelling, skiing, eating out, the occasional pub quiz, socializing with friends and having a laugh.
We are looking for an easy going, professional. MUST be a dog lover as we have a young Golden Retriever. We are not looking for a new best mate but somebody who we feel we would get along with who may be up for the odd trip to the local / share a bottle of wine or occasional movie with would be nice. Ideally Monday - Friday / Sunday to Thursday at reduced rate of £375pcm but may consider 7 days for the right person at £450pcm. We require 1 months rent as a deposit plus 1 month in advance.
