Lovely double room to rent

This is a very nice house in a great area of Tilehurst. There is a very large garden (brilliant for summer bbqs)and a dining room too so it's a lovely space.

I am a teacher and so would appreciate a fellow professional. I'm pretty standard in my likes/dislikes, I enjoy going to the pub on a weekend, chilling with tv or films. I'm a friendly person and so I'd love to share with someone similar.
