Room available in family home

Bedroom 3 which is 11. 7 x 6. 8, currently furnished with a day bed but other furniture can be supplied as required. Our family home so applicants must be happy to share with young child. We have one small dog who is very friendly. I am in the process of decorating the front room to make it more contemporary and there is a large kitchen with new cooker, washing machine. We have a large garden, and there is a side lean to conservatory area which our sharer would be also welcome to use. There is a separate wc and bathroom which will be used by all in the household. High speed broadband available. Parking is in bays outside the property but not specific to the property. Looking for a female preferably and someone who would like to share monday to friday. I work at home so around most of the time. Bills included.
