Self contained Large Bed/lounge + Kitchen & Shower

Accommodation is self contained, with shared utility room, and is set in a lovely quiet part of Tilehurst, walking distance to bus stop, shop and close by to Tilehurst train station. We are a short drive to AWE Aldermaston and most of our previous lodgers work at AWE, in which case we do not need references, as all employees are vetted. Easy access, 5 minutes drive to M4 Junction 12, and 10 minutes drive to town centre.

There is a gym, which is 2 minutes walk to Cotswold sports centre, which also has a separate social club.

It is ground floor accommodation with a separate entrance, containing wardrobe and a bedroom, with a sitting area containing a leather sofa, tv, with Netflix, freesat, broadband and Wi-Fi. The room leads into your private breakfast bar, and kitchen area, which also contains a recliner chair and a 55 inch smart tv. Your kitchen contains a washing machine, kettle, toaster hob & microwave etc.) Off the kitchen area, is a modern Shower room. There are French doors leading to a huge garden with a smoking area for you if you are a smoker, which leads to the main shared garden, with table & chairs. There is also use of our heated and insulated Log cabin which you may use.

We have a very well behaved small dog, whom loves people ( with the exception of the postman, haha). We are very young at heart early 60's 😂. The accommodation is for your sole use so can either have your own space, or maybe chill out on the decking with a nice cool drink, where you may find us on the sunny days.

We live in Tilehurst, off Dark Lane, with plenty of, off street parking, and a driveway for 3 Cars.


Accommodation also includes bedding and towels.
