Large furnished ground floor studio with an en-suite in a detached house in Charvil (RG10 9RD), very quiet location. The room has it's own side access. Parking available on the driveway. The room is equipped in a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. There is no access to shared kitchen or washing machine so it might be more suitable for Mon-Fri rent.

Location: 5 min drive from Twyford train station and 10 mins to Reading. Ideally we would like to find someone who needs the room Mon-Fri, however, the room would not be used by anyone else during the weekends. Regular cleaner can be arranged at extra cost.
