Modern, clean & tidy apartment to share.

I am looking to rent a double room out, in my apartment.

I am looking for a professional person who can keep the apartment clean and tidy, as I do.
I don't want anyone who is messy or leaving things all over the place.

As you can see from the photos, I keep my apartment very tidy.

I run my own Project Management company, so often out of the apartment on various projects that I have involvement with.

I am a friendly easy going person, quiet and very sporty. I have a good social life which includes a fair bit of sport..

I would think a test period of 3 weeks would probably be best, to see if everything is ok on both sides as renting can be difficult I am told.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots for the apartment or which I have one & one for the other person renting.

There is a washing machine and dryer for use.

The bathroom will mainly belong to the person renting the spare room, although as it has a bath, which Il occasionally use.

There will be a lock on all bedroom doors specifically for the person renting.

There is free WiFi.

There is a secure bike shed if they person renting has a bike.

All trash has to go to an external bin store with a code.

It is in council tax Band C.

It is near 3 restaurants that have a very comfy feel and excellent food.
It is a 35 min walk to the station in Bracknell, or a 3-4 min uber ride.

Local attractions are Moss End garden centre. many pubs and restaurants. Bracknell town centre (some very good shopping).
Ascot is 5-10 mins drive away.
Windsor is 15 mins drive away.
