Double room available - Quelm Park, Bracknell

Large, furnished double room upstairs available in a lovely house in Bracknell. There is also main bathroom which you will have pretty much exclusive use of (there is a small ensuite in my room).

You'll be living with me - the new home owner :-) Good news though ... I have a job so not around much on a Mon - Fri work hours. And weekends if it's flyable (I paraglide in the summer).

There is a good sized lounge and a recently renovated kitchen.

While it's a three bed I'm only looking for one house mate. The third room will remain spare - currently desk and PC.

On street parking available and the location is pretty convenient. Short ten minute walk into town and the restaurants.

Would suit someone looking for a fairly chilled place to live that is convenient to the M4, M3 and Bracknell itself. I hoping you'll be sane and relatively clean and tidy.
