I have two rooms available for rent in my spacious 4-bedroom house, located in a quiet and friendly area.

- Single Room: ideal for one person
- Double room: ideal for one person or couple, though the price will be slightly more for a couple.

- Downstairs toilet
- Main bathroom ( shared with other tenant or myself bury occasionally - I have an on-suite I use most of the time)

About me:
I work 3 days a week in London and spend a lot of my time at another property, so my dog (A very friendly, small Jack Russell) and I will typically only be home 2-3 nights a week.
- Rooms will are currently furnished, but happy to remove anything to allow for own furnishing

- MUST be clean, tidy and respectful of the house and anyone else living there
- pets can be considered, but an additional deposit will be required
