Female Professional Flatmate Wanted – Warfield

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate female professional to share my lovely two-bedroom flat in Warfield.

The flat is a unique conversion of a former laundry house with high ceilings, big windows, and lots of natural light. It has one shared bathroom, a comfortable shared living space, parking, and is in a secure gated community in a lovely, quiet area. There’s a woodland walk right next to the flat, and Tesco is just down the road.

The available room is 3m x 2.61m and is currently unfurnished as I use it as a home office. I’m happy to provide bedroom furniture to suit your needs (within reason), whether you work from home or just need a comfortable bedroom. I’ll include photos of the room as it is now and how it has been before when there was a double bed there so you can get a feel for the size.

I work from home full-time, so I’m looking for someone who also appreciates a calm, peaceful home during the day as well as in the evenings. I’m hoping to find someone who is tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate of keeping noise to a reasonable level.

I'm thinking of having a cat in the future so it is important that you are ok with pets. Unfortunately though as the flat is leasehold, my management company do not allow dogs.
