Female Professional Flatmate Wanted – Warfield

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate female professional to share my two-bedroom flat in Warfield.

The flat is a unique conversion of a former laundry house with high ceilings, big windows, and lots of natural light. It has one shared bathroom, a living room/dining space, parking, and is in a secure gated community in a quiet area. There’s a woodland walk right next to the flat, and Tesco is just down the road.

The available room is 3m x 2.61m and is currently unfurnished as I use it as a home office. I’m happy to provide bedroom furniture to suit your needs (within reason). I’ll include photos of the room as it is now and how it has been before when there was a double bed there so you can get a feel for the size.

I work from home full-time, so I’m looking for someone who also appreciates a calm, peaceful home during the day as well as in the evenings. I’m hoping to find someone who is tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate of keeping noise to a reasonable level.

I'm thinking of having a cat in the future so it is important that you are ok with pets. Unfortunately though as the flat is leasehold, the management company do not allow dogs.
