I am the owner of the property and have one existing tenant, we are both mature ladies, very good mixers and enjoy a good social life.

The room includes full use of the lounge, dining room and kitchen with a conservatory, off the street parking and large garden. we are in walking distance of local pubs and restaurants, however Warfield Street I would say is semi rural so very quite.
