Hey! I’m renting out two spacious double rooms in my cosy 2-bedroom terraced house (near Reading). The property’s currently empty, and ideally I’m looking to rent both rooms — either to two individuals or a couple.

The house is bright and homely, with around 92 sq m of space, a shared bathroom, a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely private garden — perfect for sunny evenings and weekend BBQs. It’s in a brilliant location on Victoria Road, close to local shops, pubs, and beautiful riverside walks.

I’ll be a live-out landlord, so whoever moves in will be sharing the house with one other tenant, not me.

Perfect for anyone working locally, between places, or just needing a flexible, comfortable base. No minimum stay — whether it’s a few days, a few weeks, or something longer, I’m happy to be flexible.

Rent is £700 per room, per month. I’ll ask for one month’s rent upfront plus a security deposit — happy to chat about details depending on your length of stay.
