The home is located in Wargrave, which a is small friendly village close to Henley and the Thames river. Amenities include a small shop, 2 pubs, 2 cafes and a couple of barbers. Easy access to countryside and woods, with excellent cycling and walking routes, as well as country pubs and cafes. Playing fields and tennis courts 2 mins walk away.

Transport Links:
Train station (Wargrave) is 12 mins walk away, with links to London (Elizabeth Line) and Reading via Twyford.
Easy 10 mins drive to M4 junction 8/9 via A404 (which also connects to High Wycombe and M40). Bus to Reading takes 30 mins.
Easy drive into Reading (15 mins to Royal Berks Hospital) along Bath Road.
