Lovely very large double room with loads of storage in friendly house in Wash Common, a very attractive area of Newbury.
We are looking for preferably a long term lodger that will respect the room and renew it to its original state when they leave.
We have a shared bathroom and another separate w/c downstairs which is reflected in the reasonable price of the room.
We have all amenities to share and all bills included. You will have your own fridge to use and cupboard space. Also we have a large shed in the garden for storing bicycles etc.
Smokers are welcome to smoke outside.
We have one small friendly dog that won't bother you.
