We are looking for preferably a long term lodger that will respect the room and leave it in the state that they found it when they leave.
We have a shared bathroom and another separate w/c downstairs which is reflected in the reasonable price of the room.
We have all amenities to share and all bills included. You will have your own fridge to use and cupboard space.
Smokers are welcome to smoke outside.
We have one small friendly dog that won't bother you.
