The quiet off-road location ensures a peaceful stay, ideal for someone working in the area, with easy access to the A34 and M4 (although far enough way to not hear them).
The main room contains a double bed and wardrobes providing ample storage, along with an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
It comes complete with kitchenette, containing kettle, 2 hob rings, mini oven, fridge and cooking equipment. There is a small dining table and chairs, reclining chair and tv. Wi-fi and all bills included.
The annexe sits above a double garage, across the drive from the main house, with parking available and EV charging can be arranged. The house sits in 3/4 acre of lovely gardens and contains a young (but well-behaved) family.
The bright annexe looks out on the Berkshire countryside, with lined curtains and efficient heating ensure a cosy stay and undisturbed night's sleep whatever the season.
The village is nestled in the West Berkshire downs, with fantastic routes for walking, running, cycling or mountain biking, as well as a fantastic village pub that serves great food.
We're looking for someone for short or long-term rent who will enjoy living here as much as we do, whether all week or Monday to Friday.
