Wooden clad one bedroom cottage with private entrance & parking in countryside near Whitchurch on Thames. Pangbourne is a 15 minute walk away, the station 20 minutes, or 7 minutes by bike. (10 min trains into Reading, change for direct train into Paddington or can stay on train into Paddington).

Cottage consists of a downstairs open plan sitting room with kitchen area (large enough for 2 sofas & small kitchen table).
The kitchen is fully equipped with below counter fridge, small dishwasher, oven & hob (all one year old).

Downstairs shower room with heated towel rail.

Upstairs is bedroom, large enough for double bed, hanging & chest of drawers. Stairs & bedroom are carpeted.

Property is available unfurnished, but there is a wardrobe in the bedroom & a table with two chairs on the ground floor.

Available from 1st December 2020.

£700 per month (Monday to Friday), £700 deposit.
The cottage is heated by electric boiler (1 year old) & has electric radiators with thermostats.
Wifi is available with BT and costs £36-£40 per month. Electricity will be payable monthly.

Will accept smokers, but not in the house.
Will accept pets, but we have animals, so if a dog would need to be kept on lead, when you take it outside.
