Current tenant is a young professional male teacher, who keeps regular hours and is often keen to socialise. The bedroom and the bathroom being advertised are downstairs (photos of the bed with the yellow duvet). If not to your liking, a bedroom upstairs is also available.

Bills and council taxes (Band C) are to be paid on the 1st day of the month in addition to rent (£650 pcm).
