5 Bedroom Student House with double bedroom available. Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm no longer working on placement in Reading and therefore have a room available. The room has a desk, wardrobe, cupboard, drawers and double bed. The rent is £340 per month & bills on top of that are £40 per month. The house is situated a short 20 minute walk to the university campus and 25 minute walk from town centre. The house is already set up with wifi, a tv licence, large flatscreen tv, and all ulitilies included in the £40 per month bill allowance. It's available from the September 20th to June 30th 2015, ideal for students, placement students and young professionals. It could be made available earlier upon request. The property has 3 toilets and two bathrooms. The house is rented by 3 other placement students (20 years old) working on campus and a young professional who are all social & considerate housemates.
