Bills are not included and currently each tenant pays £120 pcm which covers all outgoings including Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity, Sky TV/Broadband internet package, Telephone line rental, T V Licence, window cleaning and fortnightly cleaning of shared spaces. Any balance remaining from 1/4 share of bills paid during tenancy will be returned with deposit at end of tenancy.
