The rent price includes Wi-Fi/internet Broadband and all bills (gas, elect, water, council tax and Broadband) but no access to landline. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the house.

The shared space and appliances include upstairs bathroom, 2nd downstairs toilet, living room, large kitchen, microwave, cooker and fridge freezers, TV’s, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and lovely decking leading onto the south facing garden.

The house is close to Dedworth costa coffee, Chinese takeaways, Fish and Chip Shop, Pizza parlours, Petrol stations, Gym, 10-minute walk to post office and Tesco and a 5-minute drive to Aldi.

Easy access to M4, M3 and M25 and 20 minutes (12.2miles)to Heathrow.
8-minute (1.5 miles) drive into Windsor town which hosts two train stations.
