Built in wardrobe, space for desk and armchair. Share with an easy going, tenant savvy owner and sometimes Airbnb guests ( I let one other double room). Large South facing Kitchen/dining/living room, 3 loos, bath and shower rooms. I have my own sitting room as a bolt hole The house is very close to a bus stop (Grove Road) for Staines/Heathrow/ Bracknell/Maidenhead and London. The Prince Arthur Pub is within two minutes walk. Off street parking may be available by negotiation.
As I am opening my home I am looking for a lodger that is both sociable and yet respectful of it being a home. Someone who ideally doesn't work from home; I value my solitude at times! I will be equally respectful of your privacy and conscious that I am allowing you to call my home your home. I have had lodgers, gay and straight, in both my previous, smaller, homes and all have stayed years rather than months/weeks! I am not adverse to allowing a well behaved pet dog.
