We are looking for a healthy, tidy and responsible person who values a calm living environment.

The bathroom is shared with one other person, a male. The house also benefits from a garden.

The property is conveniently located close to public transport, shops and local amenities, making it ideal for a working professional.

Residents’ parking is available, subject to permit.

We are two professional adults, one man and a woman in our late thirties. Both working office hours pattern.

We have no preferences about age but we think someone within a similar age range would suit us best.

We respect each other’s personal space, while keeping a friendly atmosphere and enjoying time together when it suits everyone.
