The room is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light. It comfortably fits a double bed and still offers good floor space.

It comes fully furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and additional storage.

We are looking for a healthy, tidy and responsible person who values a calm living environment.

The bathroom is shared with one other person, a male. The house also benefits from a garden.

The property is conveniently located close to public transport, shops and local amenities, making it ideal for a working professional.

Residents’ parking is available, subject to permit.

We’re two friendly professionals (one male, one female) in our 30s, both working standard office hours. We have a relaxed, respectful home environment and we are looking for someone who will fit in will with a similar routine.

While we’re open to any age, we feel someone around similar stage of life would probably be the best match.

We respect each other’s personal space, while keeping a nice atmosphere and enjoying time together when it suits everyone.
