I am kind and cheerful women who gets on well with people of all ages. ‘Young at heart’, and ‘down to earth’. Important- Lodger needs to have good standards, must be clean, tidy and considerate. It would suit someone calm and sociable but enjoys time alone. It is a no smoking house but smoking is okay in the garden. I sometimes have up to a few cigarettes in a day but usually vape.
