Room available in nice tidy 3 bed ground floor flat with access to small communal garden.

Remotely operated gates, bike storage facilities and water feature in entrance are some of the external features of this property.

Inside the flat boasts a large lounge/diner with a glass table that has a revolving centre.

Kitchen has everything you will need including a dishwasher.

The flat is a new build however; the handy man that the landlord provides is extremely helpful if there is an issue.

The room for rent is the smaller out of the 3 however it is large enough to accommodate a double bed chest of drawers and a reasonably sized wardrobe. The room also has use of a large shared bathroom which has a bath and shower.

At present I have set the 10th April however, this could well be flexible.
