Lovely room in Windsor.

Double room to rent with ensuite bathroom.
I live in a lovely modern townhouse in a secure gated development one mile from Windsor town centre.
The room available is on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom as well as direct access to the garden.
The kitchen and living rooms are on the first floor and you would obviously be welcome to use these.
The room is furnished with a double bed, there are shelves, drawers and hanging spaces. There is also a large chest of drawers available.
I am ideally seeking a professional, friendly and entirely trustworthy tenant who respects a clean and tidy house as I am extremely house proud.
I currently have one other lodger who is a professional female.
References would be required please and a months' rent as deposit and a months' rent in advance. Ideally I seek someone who wishes to stay for at least six months.
