In Windsor town centre, close to train stations, cafes, bars, shops, craft breweries, pubs, theatre, nightclubs and comedy club and of course The Castle… We are looking for the right person to move into our bright, top floor, double bedroom plus lounge/study room, with a sofa (that can become a guest bed when required.) and adjacent bathroom for your private use.
In the bedroom there is a large built in double wardrobe, and in the lounge room there is more storage beneath the corner sofa bed, also easy access to attic storage available for larger items.. There’s plenty of shelving. and blackout blinds (for sunlight avoiders)

The style of our home is fairly classic, it’s early Victorian the bedroom has an old fireplace and all rooms have sanded and sealed original wooden floorboards with rugs not carpet. Noise cancelling windows have been fitted and there is a small silent air con unit. The rooms face west, so they're warm, and are painted in Farrow and Ball neutrals.
We also have a cleaner who comes once a week.
As a family we believe tea, and wine is for sharing, along with fancy Nespresso machine, range cooker, dishwasher and clothes washing and drying facilities, living areas and pretty rear garden and hot tub, and you will find us friendly and intelligent (well some of us are).
Our home is arranged over four floors with two more lounge/sitting room areas four other bedrooms and two other bathrooms so it's easy to find your own space within ours. We also have a beloved miniature Schnauzer dog and three cats who think we’re their servants. So our house sharer must like animals and not suffer pet allergies.

'The Long Walk', the start of Windsor Great Park is right behind us which lends a feeling of privacy and space to our location whilst also being in a busy town centre. There are many acres of parkland to explore from here.
Covered Bicycle storage (and even a bike) is available. Of course WiFi .
All bills ( water, gas, electricity, council tax etc ) included.
Rate could be reduced for 5 night occupancy.
Single occupancy only but guests are welcome.

Our previous house sharers have stayed with us for many years, they remain good friends and can tell you all about us :0)

Parking can be tricky, so non car owner is preferred, although unlimited 24hr parking permits can be purchased for £5 at your own cost. Free parking is often available a five minute walk away.

Windsor always feels to me like a very safe place to live, we are only 20 minutes drive from central London and our two train stations, a few minutes walk from the house, have quick easy links to London via the Elizabeth Line or Windsor-Waterloo.
