The large double room has a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, arm chair, king size bed and a pair of bedside tables. The small double is currently unfurnished.

The flat is on the ground floor of a Victorian building with it's own private entrance and garden with patio area. There is storage space for bikes in the garden shed or under the stairs.

The flat has been recently refurbished and includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all the usual modern appliances.

The living room / kitchen space is generous with double doors opening onto the garden.

Great central location, within walking distance of both train stations and a number of pubs, shops etc..

Both rooms are available at the end of January, to be let as a single property.

Bills are not included, but are around £100 a month..

There is no direct on street parking, but permits cost about £40 a year from the council.

Minimum rental of 3 months but would be open to agreeing a long term let of 12+ months if need be.
