Double room/private bathroom in gated development

Thanks for looking at my advert.

I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in a quiet 2 bed flat in Longbourn, behind Windsor Girls School.

The flat is fully furnished and very well presented, there is a cleaner that comes once a week and I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy like I am.

The room is a double room and there is a large private bathroom which would be yours solely.

The flat has Sky (all channels) broadband, parking and all the usual mod cons.

I've lived here for just over a year now, I had one flatmate who's been working at Legoland on a placement after university and now it's time for her to move on.

I'm used to living with a female which has worked well but open to either a male or female housemate.

The rent total is £1394 plus bills, I'm looking for someone to come in and pay £650 plus bills, that works out to £770 a month.
