I am renting one of my spare rooms at home. We'll only be 2 sharing. The room is not big but is of a decent size and furnished. 15 min walk to town center. No pets, please... I like animals but not at home :-) I have a big garden. It's a quiet place. Someone nice and down to earth will do.
