A newly decorated double room to rent, with use of own bathroom, in a two bedroom, two bathroom lower ground floor apartment, in a central location, a stone's throw away from Windsor Castle and the Long Walk.

5 minute walk to both train stations providing links to London Paddington (via Slough) and London Waterloo.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Friendly, social and easy going housemates, who work full time and sometimes quite long hours. When we are not working we love spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, or having nights in at the flat, with good food and wine.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and respectful, happy to have a chat and be social every now and then (we don't want someone who lives in their bedroom), likes to live in a clean and tidy space, and will treat the flat like their own.

Most bills included (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV Licence, Broadband and Sky (inc. Sports & Cinema)).

Weekly cleaner is an additional £7.50pw (optional if you are happy to do this yourself).
