Homesharer To Provide 10 Hours Support In Windsor

ategi provide a homeshare scheme in the Windsor area. We currently have an independent older gentleman looking for someone to share his home and in return provide 10 hours basic support p/w (eg cleaning, cooking shared meals, general domestic chores, companionship). The property is close to Windsor town centre and has local amenities in walking distance and there are good rail links into London. The property has a large rear garden and off road parking. Householder enjoys current affairs, learning new languages and traveling. One cat, which would need pet sitting when Householder away traveling. Would suit male professional/mature male student. Monthly management charge payable to ategi of £150 per month plus £200 refundable deposit at end of stay provided no breakages. Initially 1 year arrangement but with view to extend. Cost of utility bills also to be shared. ategi are a not for profit organisation. Householder largely looking for companionship during long winter evenings.
