Furnished double room in Windsor town centre

It is possible to arrange early move-in if necessary.
We share the whole house at Arthur Road in really central Windsor. Everything is in easy walking distance. Leisure centre with gym, pools and sauna is literally around a corner as is the brewery where we meet for a pint every now and then. Bus stop to London is only few steps away and train station is 5 minutes walk.
Currently available is the double bedroom with comfortable double bed, TV, bedside table, office table and large and spacious wardrobe (but you are welcome to do changes if you want).
House includes large shared living room with TV & Netflix. At the back of the house is a garden where we do occasional BBQ. House has fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and fridge. We have high speed fiber broadband with Wi-Fi. You can get parking permit to park your car in front of the house (or anywhere in central Windsor zone). Price includes all bills and taxes, including TV licence.
We would like to find housemate (guy or girl) who is not just looking for a room, but who will be fun to have around. I do business consulting and I am most of the year on travels so you will mostly share house with Zoe and Margaux (both young professionals). We do a lot of stuff together with our friends and you are more than welcome to join us!
The move-in date can be flexible. I am currently on travels in Peru, so I left Mauricio's number - who is the current flatmate who is moving out to live with his girlfriend. Feel free to call him to arrange viewing.
