Bright double bedroom in quiet split level, modern maisonette in central Windsor.

15 min walk from Eton & Riverside / 10 min walk to Windsor Central Station.5 min drive to M4.

The maisonette is split over 3 levels.

The room is on the 2nd floor and is furnished - double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and has a large window which lets in plenty of light.

The modern bathroom is also on the 2nd floor and provides a bath with overhead shower.

The kitchen features oven & ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer and plenty of cupboard space. It is currently fully fitted with crockery, pans etc that I have bought.

The living/dining room is very large (one end of house to the other) and fitted out with leather sofas, dining table and leads onto a small balcony.

There is also the added benefit of a part-converted loft which is great for storage and drying washing (access to it via 2nd bedroom).

Parking is available by permit (first come first served but rarely have issues) and street parking is available too.

The maisonette also benefits from plenty of communal green space.

Bills are included - council tax, water, elec, gas, internet, TV license, NowTV.
