Small double in a big house with parking

We are looking for a new housemate (ideally a guy) to join 2 girls and 1 guy. The house is just up the road from the Alma pub on springfield road. It's a large 4 bedroom house, the bedroom on offer is small but comes with loads of storage and fits a double bed in without issue. There is also loads of space in the garage and conservatory and dining room for anything else. There is a nice rear garden as well as space for two cars to park on the drive, one of which will be available to the new housemate. The other housemates are laid back and enjoy chilling with a drink and watching some TV in the evening. We are looking for a social housemate as opposed to just someone to take the room. Erm not really sure what else to say about it really, it's a cool house with some nice housemates and it's a bargain for Windsor.
