I am a friendly live in landlord and have a lovely double room to rent (MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY) in my ground floor maisonette that I bought and refurbished two years ago. The bedroom on offer is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and free standing wardrobe.

Being located in a quiet cul-de-sac there is plenty of space for parking on the road, and I also have a drive way that can fit up to two cars. Windsor town centre is a 30 minute walk away and both Centrica and Windsor Racecourse are around a 15 minute walk. There are also plenty of takeaways within easy walking distant as well as a Tesco supermarket.

The shared living space consists of a kitchen, bathroom and living room which are all good sized spacious rooms.

I am looking for someone who is fairly clean and tidy and will respect my lovely home.

There is also an additional cat shaped tenant who is very friendly and loves a lap to sit on so any potential lodger would need to be happy living in a home with a pet around.

The room will be available from 1st September 2017 as it is currently still occupied by my lovely tenant who is moving on to pastures new now that her years work placement has finished.

I am a very sociable person, so if you are looking for a home away from home with a housemate that you can share the occassional glass of wine or cup of tea with in the evening then this is the house for you!!
