West side of Windsor, 2 miles from the town centre

I am looking for a femail lodger who doesn't mind sharing a home with a working mum and her polite 13yr son who stays part-time.

The room to let is a double size bedroom for single occupancy in a comfortable 3-bed home. The bedroom is fully furnished with spacious fitted wardrobes. The lodger may also use all the other facilities including the sunny rear patio garden, a large kitchen/diner, living room, WC/bathroom (and also a downstairs WC), all shared with the live-in landlady. Parking is available nearby and there is a garage for storing a bike. The rent includes WiFi, council tax and all utility bills (except use of the land line for phone calls). General cleaning of the shared areas and gardening is also included in the rent as long as you cheerfully clear up after yourself!

This would suit a friendly, tidy lady!
