Lovely, furnished double bedroom with an ensuite (toilet and shower) and in-built storage in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac in Winnersh. The house is located a short walk away from Winnersh Triangle Railway Station (London Waterloo-Reading line), the bus stop, Sainsbury's and a 24h gym.

There is off-street parking for a car and a garage for bicycle/additional storage. A cleaner typically comes every 2-3 weeks (not a fixed slot as someone needs to be home to let them in), so you can have your room cleaned at no extra cost.

The rent includes all bills except gas and electric, which will be shared. In addition, if you require a TV licence, this would be fully payable by you as I don't watch live TV.

I am a 33 year-old nerd working in technical sales in the IT industry. I work office hours with a mix of WFH, office and customer site visits. In my spare time I enjoy reading, board games, theatre, hiking, travel and going to gym classes. Although I'm not a partygoer, I have a busy social schedule and spend a lot of time out of the house. I have a boyfriend who stays over up to 3 nights a week (don't worry, he will not come over unannounced!).
