Lovely double room in 2 bed apartment

Hi there, Unfortunately my lovely housemate of nearly 2 years had to relocate so am looking for someone new to take the room. The room is available now.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (mattress lifts up so you have an enormous amount of storage underneath) A bedside table, a double wardrobe and a desk/ dressing table. The only thing not included in the pictures is the TV stand.

You would have sole use of the main bathroom which has a over bath shower. There is an open plan lounge and kitchen and a large communual garden (with bar, large paddling pool and plenty of garden sofas/ loungers and garden games. I am fortunate to have some amazing neighbours for such a small block of flats and we regularly sit in the garden together in the evenings for drinks or bbq's,
I do occassionally look after a very well trained little dog for a few days who everyone loves so it would be a huge bonus if you like dogs - he doesn't leave my side so won't bother you unless you want him to :)

Bills include fibre broadband, now tv, fortnightly cleaner and all utilities.

The flat is a ten min walk max to Winnersh station with great routes to Reading, Wokingham or Waterloo, also a ten minute walk to a lovely pub, loads of nice walks, nirvana spa and the large sainsburys.
There is also parking so it is very handy for the M4 or Winnersh Triangle.

I currently work from home and likely to continue 3 days a week once things start to return to normal. Evenings I tend to go to the gym or swim or see friends but apart from that i am pretty quiet in the week and love a glass of wine and trashy tv or a good box set.

I am a pretty tidy and clean person so would love someone similar but also someone with a good sense of humour to have a chat to in the evenings but also considerate of each others space when we want it.
