Homely flat with happy housemates

Two-bed flat share with a couple, young professionals in their late 20s.

🍻 We like to be social, have friends over for dinner, watch films and go out. The local area has a nice community with a few families, but everyone keeps themselves to themselves really.

🏡 We are 5-10 min walk from wokingham train station, several local pubs and a Lidl next door to the estate.

🙋‍♂️ Looking for someone who is sociable, works and is generally happy to co-habit harmoniously!

🎧⛹️‍♀️ Both tenants are very active, with a gym just across the road (2 mins walk) One of us is a musician, so the candidate must be tolerant of this. It will not be every day, but you should be aware there will be occasional (mild) noise.

🚘 PARKING - there is one dedicated space per flat and parking is limited. The spot is shared, however there is (unofficial) space directly in front too. A simple call/text to move vehicles when necessary is all it takes.
