Double Room in New Build

We have a double room coming available soon in our new-build house in Keephatch Gardens (Wokingham). The bedroom is located on the middle floor next to the main bathroom which is almost exclusively used by our lodger (we have an en-suite in our bedroom on the top floor which we use instead). There is parking available opposite the house. My partner and I are working professionals (a senior embedded software engineer, and a chartered accountant), and we have two friendly indoor cats. Our house is located approximately a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (the bus takes 10 minutes to Bracknell, 5 minutes to Wokingham Town centre, and 40 minutes to Reading). The property is also closely linked to the M4.
We would also consider someone looking for a weekly 5-day let.
