- 25 min (1.9 miles) walk to Wokingham’s train station.
- 31 min (1.3 miles) walk to Wokingham’s Town Hall.
- Easy access to the A329(M), M4 and M40.

Please note that I am only considering long term stays, with a minimum required commitment of 6 months.
