Description
We are going away for 6 months (from 1st of September 2024) and looking for somebody to move into our property. It is a four bedroom house but two bedroom will be locked with our personal things.
The guest will have an access to the whole house: fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, bathroom with bath and separate shower, cloak room.
There is gas heating in the house.
There are plenty of garden and woodland for you to enjoy. It is a very secluded location.
We are both vegans, so ideally, looking for a vegan/ vegetarian person.
Car is essential due to location, we are about miles away from the town/shops.
Bills that are excluded from the rent: Electricity, Gas and Water.
Final cleaning fee - £100 (to be paid with the first month rent)
Asking rent is significantly reduced, taking into consideration that we are looking for the right person to stay in our home.
