I’m renting my spare modern double bedroom in my terraced house. The house is fully furnished with a kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, airfryer, blender, kettle, crockery etc with a breakfast bar to work from too.

The bedroom itself is spacious, with a double bed, two bedside cabinets and a wardrobe.

Due to my work, I won’t be living in the house much, so effectively you will be living in the house on your own for the majority of the time.

The price per month includes all bills too so is an all in price on the basis this is for x1 person living here. I will consider couples but will charge a higher monthly rent.

This house is within 20 minutes walking distance to Wokingham town center / Wokingham train station where you can get a direct train to London Waterloo or to Reading. There is also a dedicated parking space and plenty of free street parking.
