Private annexe with own bathroom and kitchenette

A lovely sunny annexe available to rent in Wokingham near Lild (10-15 min walk to the train station & the town centre). You will have your own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. The price includes bi-weekly cleaning, change of sheets and towels, 1GB internet, all bills. The annexe is fully equipped (microwave, friedge and freezer, hair dryer, kettle, iron, etc.) and we are flexible to provide more or less furniture / kitchen utensils...whatever is needed. Unfortunately we do not allow pets, smoking and any parties / visitors. The place is suitable for a single professional or student, tidy, quiet, considerate. Parking is available as well and you will have a small side entrance, so if you like gardening, you can keep some plants.
