Private comfy annex (Mon-Fri only)

A lovely sunny annex available to rent in Wokingham near Lild Mon to Fri ONLY (10-15 min walk to the train station & the town centre). You will have your own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. The price includes bi-weekly cleaning, change of sheets and towels, 1GB internet, all bills. The annex is fully equipped (microwave, fridge and freezer, hair dryer, kettle, iron, Chromecast for TV, etc.) and we are flexible to provide more or less furniture / kitchen utensils...whatever is needed. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets, smoking and any parties / visitors. The place is suitable for a single professional or student, tidy, quiet, considerate. Parking is available as well and you will have a small side entrance, so if you like gardening, you can keep some plants.
We are a professional family of 3 living in the main house. Thanks 😊
